i have two set but are either of them good?? please help me….

I own a restaurant. Here is what you should do. I did not check out your links, but want to help. Take your knives to your favorite restaurant. (Please do not let it be a chain or corporately owned restaurant!)

As you are dining, ask to speak with the Chef (never on a Friday or Saturday night) and ask their opinion. Even less than top quality knives can be sharpened properly and work quite well. It depends on how you are using them. If you are chopping onions or de-boning fish you need different knives.
